Confused!

So, I'm pretty confused about this whole thing! I can't seem to figure out how to fully customize my blog! Is it even fully customizable?! I've owned my own websites and designed them, html and all, in the past.... why can't I figure this out?! haha.. oh wells.

I'll blog more later. I'm going to try to figure all of this out ;)
